We accept prepaid payments and Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) for select orders. Under Partial COD, 30% of the order value must be paid in advance to initiate processing.
The advance paid under Partial COD is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable under all circumstances.

- Cuddles N Cosmos follows a strict No Refund Policy.
- Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of order placement and are eligible only for a credit note, as per our Cancellation Policy.
- Exchanges are accepted strictly as outlined in our Refund & Exchange Policy.
- All policies apply equally to prepaid and Partial COD orders.

Customized and bespoke orders are created based on customer-approved details. Once confirmed, such orders cannot be cancelled,
